Prepare for Yesterday by Swinging Low

A swingingly good night out if promised if you go to the Twyford Singers summer concert.

The group will be performing at the Loddon Hall in Twyford on Saturday, June 28, from 7.30pm.

They will be performing a range of popular and well-known pieces including Beatles favourites Yesterday and When I’m 64. Also on the programme is Gershwin’s I Got Rhythm and Summertime alongside some traditional pieces Go down Moses, Steal Away, Swing Low and Wade in the Water.

A performance of a new piece, Chilcott’s Little Jazz Mass, will be a highlight of the show.

Gillian Maloney from the choir, said: “It will be a really exciting programme.”
