Take a break with God

3 min read

Are you so busy you don’t know if you’re coming or going? If you are, would you like an evening where you can take a deep breath and concentrate on what God is saying to you?

Network Vineyard Church (NVC) are arranging an Encounter with God on Tuesday September 2 when everyone is invited to take a little time out of their busy lives.

“We all know that it is dangerous to have a diary that is getting fuller and a heart that is emptier. ‘Doing’ without ‘receiving’ is a road to no-where.” said Rob Gardiner, Senior Pastor of Network Vineyard.

“When we’re in God’s presence, we have every good thing.” he said. “Everything our families and cities need can be found in God’s presence. Strongholds are broken, power is released, gifts and anointing’s are imparted.”

“This is the second Encounter meeting,” said Megs Dimbylow, Youth Leader at NVC. “People really enjoyed the last one. They found it encouraging and inspiring.”

“We would like to share in an evening of food, testimonies, worship, prophecy and ministry,” said Rob, “away from business and towards God’s presence.”

The evening starts at 7-45pm with a shared meal. “There is no cost to the evening but we would encourage you to bring food to share before Encounter starts.” he said.

Encounter Now will take place at NVC, Woodley Hill House, Eastcourt Avenue, Reading, RG6 1HH,

Tuesday September 2, 7-45pm until 10pm.

You can register for the event here.
