Reading Borough Council election 2014 – Xn Media

This page will tell you who your councillors are, who’s standing in the election on May 22, and show you a short statement from each of the candidates to help you decide who to vote for.

Each ward has three councillors, and in every election one of the three seats is contested – the other two councillors stay on. There are two exceptions – Mapledurham is a new ward and has only one councillor and no election this time, and Park ward has two separate elections because one of the councillors has resigned. If you live in Park ward, you have two sets of candidates to choose from.

Xn has approached all candidates (via their party organisation where applicable) for statements and photos. Those not yet received will be added to the site as we get them.
