Fruity Fairtrade cocktails at RISC

RISC continued to knock us out with their Fairtrade fortnight events with an evening of exotic fruit cocktails.

The cocktail creations use Fairtrade spirits and unusual fruit juices sourced from Columbia.

Columbia is one of the world’s largest biodiversity hubs with 20% of all species living inside its borders. Over 70 different types of fruit are grown there and three of these novel fruits have been chosen for export. Lulo, Mora and Maracuya are all fruits with attitude that blend well with other flavours and make delicious drinks.

If you would like to enjoy one of your five a day in a cocktail glass the fruit juices, each mixed with English apple juice, can be bought from The World Shop at RISC.
