If you missed the classical concert at Highclere Castle last night, then you have another chance to witness the stunning skills of Yevgeny Sudbin as he performs at The Corn Exhange, Newbury. The event takes place later this evening (May 13).

Yevgeny is one of the most exciting pianists to have emerged in the past decade. Born in St Petersburg in 1980, and now based in London, he displayed exceptional musical talents from an early age.

Performances in tonight’s concert at The Corn Exchange include pieces from Scarlatti, Shostakovich, Rachmaninov, Scriabin and Mozart.

Yevgeny has since performed in many of the world’s finest venues, both in recital and with orchestra, and his many CD releases have received overwhelming critical acclaim. In 2013 Yevgeny was the recipient of the Critic’s Circle Music Award for Exceptional Young Talent in the Instrumentalist category.

The event starts at 7:30pm and ends at approximately 9:20pm. Tickets are priced at £19.50 and can be purchased from the Newbury Spring Festival website which is located at www.newburyspringfestival.org.uk.
