AN East Reading church is going back to the Victorian era for a special Christmas event.
The Warehouse, a congregation attached to Wycliffe Baptist Church, is holding its Third Victorian Christmas party over two days in December.
The evenings will include carols by lantern light, festive dramas and readings, a special guest appearance by the Biscuit Factory Choir and a Heartwarming Urchins Choir.
Other attractions on offer include refreshments including roasted chestnuts, Old Mother Burford’s Famous Punch and Ma Wagners’ Hot Pie Stall.
Entry is free and the fun starts at 7.30pm on Friday, December 9 and Saturday, December 10.
