£6.70 to £7.95 dependent on roles/service
Reading (additional 25p per hour paid as a location allowance)
Prospects is a Christian charity helping to transform the lives of people with learning disabilities by breaking down the barriers that limit individual choice. We are entering a new and exciting phase in our Reading based services as we open a new facility and refurbish existing buildings.
Our services focus on the delivery of a Christian service, provided at the request of families and individuals who have specifically chosen us as their provider.

You will be supporting and encouraging the people in their everyday needs with a person-centred approach. You will also be motivated, have initiative, and preferably have experience of working with people with learning disabilities, though this is not essential for more junior roles.
There will be an opportunity for professional development through attaining QCF/NVQ qualifications.
